Why I Wrote This Series
This series aims to integrate the idea of Human Development into the fabric of organizations by design.
Most organizations invest heavily in scouting, analytics, marketing, and technology. Far fewer invest with the same intentionality in the systems that shape how people experience the organization every day.
Drawing on my background as a college basketball player, coach, assistant principal, and current Ph.D research, I explore practical frameworks that coaches and sport leaders can implement effectively into their sport organizations.
