Why is there an investment range?
Federations have different starting points and implementation needs. The $10,000–$50,000 annual range reflects a scope agreed around your priorities, with the final deliverables and price confirmed in a proposal.
Can the work build on our existing framework?
The framework is tailored to your federation's starting point. We begin by understanding the philosophy, curriculum and coach-education work already in place.
Is delivery online or in person?
The scope includes in-person and online education. The balance, schedule, locations and travel arrangements are agreed in your proposal.
Who delivers the partnership?
Your proposal identifies the Transforming Basketball delivery team, Alex's involvement and the people working with your federation.
