Jonathan coaches at Genappe in Belgium. After watching a conceptual-offense clinic, he explored the course and membership library and attended the summer camp in Roseto. His club hosted a Transforming camp in October 2024.

Where Are You from and Where Do You Coach?

I’m from Belgium and coach at Genappe. In October 2024, we hosted the first ever Transforming Camp in Belgium with players from my club!

I saw one of Alex Sarama’s clinics on conceptual offense.

What Transforming Events or Products Have Helped You the Most?

The Transforming website with the conceptual offense course and the huge CLA library within the membership. The Summer Camp in Roseto also had a big impact on my path as a coach.

What Changes Have You Seen in Your Coaching and with Your Team Since Using These Ideas?

Everything changed as my players are now learning much faster and in a positive environment. This has allowed them to explore even more and continuously self-organize to find new solutions. As a coach, I found a teaching method that decreases my stress and connects me even more with my players!
