Meet Alex Sarama.

Founder of Transforming Basketball. Head Coach of the Portland Fire in the WNBA.

Alex founded Transforming Basketball to help coaches rethink how players learn. His work connects contemporary skill acquisition research with practical ways to design more engaging, challenging basketball environments.

He has delivered clinics in more than 40 countries and previously served as Assistant Coach and Director of Player Development with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Today, the Transforming team brings those ideas to coaches and programs around the world.
