See what the partnership covers ↓What we build together
When every team has its own approach, the next age group can feel like a fresh start. A shared curriculum gives coaches something to build on, while leaving room for the players in front of them.
Bring your playing philosophy and player-development priorities into a custom program curriculum. Give each coach a common reference for what the club is trying to develop.
Connect the curriculum to a shared activities booklet and 20 hours of practice observations. Work on how the ideas show up in the learning environment.
Support the staff with 10 hours of Zoom calls and Transforming memberships for up to 20 coaches. Keep the conversation connected to the work they are doing with their teams.

Coach development at a Transforming camp
“Transforming Basketball has truly revolutionized how we approach coaching by bringing the CLA into basketball. Four of our Basket Flames coaches attended a week-long camp in Italy, and it elevated our coaching methods to a whole new level. The experience was both educational and deeply impactful, giving us practical tools to implement CLA more effectively within our club.”

Applying the approach through our membership
“I run a basketball school in Japan for players from U6 to U15, and this platform has given me strong inspiration to truly understand and apply the Constraints-Led Approach across all age groups and levels. … What really stands out is the community. Being able to share discoveries, questions, and challenges with coaches from around the world is a huge strength of this membership.”
